Jessica Collins - Billing Manager

Jessica is thrilled to be back at The Tax Trio, transitioning into her new role as our Billing Manager. She previously served the team as a Project Manager and Accounts Receivable Specialist, and she’s excited to bring that experience—along with her background as a Global Recognition Manager—to ensure our billing processes are as seamless as possible. A dynamic strategic planner, Jessica excels at process improvement and efficiency, making her the perfect person to keep our office running smoothly. She is a detail-driven leader who loves using data to drive organizational success, ensuring every client is well taken care of.

When she isn't managing budgets and coordinating workflows, Jessica is a dedicated fan of the performing arts. Whether it’s a local production or a big stage show, she loves the energy of a live performance. To truly unwind, she enjoys a good reality TV binge, finding it the perfect way to relax after a productive day. We are so happy to have her back in the office!
